Experiencing difficulty?
... this could easily clear up some
of the trouble:
"Exactly how are these guides sent to me?"
| Your guides will be available to you for immediately download. They are currently not available in any physical form, but transferred only as downloadable eBooks. They will, however, allow you to print a hard copy for personal use. |
"I didn't get an email containing the download link!"
When the financial part of the process is complete, PayPal will send you a receipt of the transaction by email. They then immediately notify us, which in turn triggers our download system to automatically send you an email containing a personalized download link for the guides.
Normally, those emails show up in your "Inbox", but there have been reports that they sometimes get diverted to the "Bulk" email folder... it all depends on how sensitive your email's spam filters are to different types of messages. If you don't automatically see 2 different emails in the Inbox (one from PayPal and one from the ATCC), then look in the "Bulk" folder as well.
These systems generally work very well, but even the very best of them can screw up once in a while. If you simply did NOT get the email from the our ATCC download site, then please let me know right away. |
"Hey, what gives? ... the download link EXPIRED before I had
a chance to use it!"
| Even tho the link activation time almost never becomes an issue, particular circumstances might indeed apply where a person doesn't have a chance to use it before it expires. Don't be concerned if this happens to you... it's an easy fix. Please be patient and I will personally see to it that you quickly get your guides. Just let me know right away, OK? |
"My computer can't open your Zip file that I just downloaded"
In order to "un-Zip" that original Zip file you downloaded your computer will need a Zip file extraction program. If it does not already have one of these programs installed, then here are a couple of options to choose from...
For PC users, "WinZip" is perhaps the granddaddy of all Zip utilities. But even though it's available on a free trial basis for a few days, they eventually require you to buy it. There is, however, another highly rated Zip utility you can get absolutely free called "7-Zip". It's an "open source" program that you will never have to pay for and is very easy and safe to use. I have personally used it and highly recommend it. Get more info about 7-Zip, or simply download it now now by using the following links:
Click Here for more Information about "7-Zip"
Click Here to Download the latest "7-Zip" release
Of course, for those who want to go ahead and install WinZip, you can get it by clicking on this link:
Download the latest "WinZip" Evaluation Version
Mac computers usually use a Zip extractor program called "StuffIt". Mac users can click the following link for a free copy of "StuffIt Expander...
(NOTE: StuffIt "Expander" is actually free, but it comes along with versions of "StuffIt Standard" and "Deluxe" as a package deal. They would like you to buy one of those full versions, but know that the "Expander" component for unzipping files is always free to use, regardless whether you buy and activate the paid components or not.):
Download the latest version of "StuffIt Expander"
Simply download any of these Zip extraction utilities to your "desktop", then double-click on them and follow the instructions for easy installation... that should do it! |
"How can I tell which version of Adobe Reader my computer
already has?"
As you know by now, it will be important to have version 5 or higher of the Adobe Reader program to be able to view these guides. If you're not sure which version you already have, then here's an easy way to find out:
1. Open the Adobe Reader currently installed on your computer.
2. Go to the menu running along the very top of the screen and
click on the word "Help" (a drop-down menu will appear).
3. Follow that drop-down menu down until you see "About Adobe
Reader", and click on it.
4. A window will open showing the current version installed. If it's
version 5.0 or higher, then you're good to go! If it is lower than
version 5, then follow the instructions below for downloading
the latest upgrade. |
"My computer doesn't have the Adobe Reader. How do I get it?"
To download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader absolutely free, the following link will take you to the official Adobe Reader download page. Just follow the easy instructions there to start the download.
NOTE: it will automatically want to include the "Adobe Media Player" as part of that download. That Media Player is not necessary for viewing our eBook guides. If you don't want the Media Player to be included, then simply click on the little check-box beside that item to turn off that part of the download.)
Click Here to get the latest version of "Adobe Reader" |
"Hey, what's all this about a PASSWORD?"
Whenever the Adobe Reader opens any of our eBook guides it will ask you for a password. That password is very simple and will be the same one used to open all the guides. You will find it contained within the file, "PASSWORD Information -- Read This FIRST.txt".
You'll find it packed within the same ZIP file along with the guide (or guides) you have chosen to download. |
"Can I just send you a check, instead of using a credit card?"
Yes. If you do not wish to use the ATCC transaction page hosted by PayPal, or simply don't have a credit card, then let me know and I will send you all the info necessary to send a check to the ATCC's physical address.
NOTE: For your convenience, the PayPal transaction form has a feature that allows you to send an "eCheck" that will directly debit your personal checking just as if you had written a paper one.

Hope this helps... please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions or comments about this, or any other concerns you may have.
Thanks again, my friend!
